🍋 Lemon Essential Oil (hello, brightness!)
🥥 Fractionated Coconut oil or carrier oil eg almond or jojoba or a mixture of carrier oils (the secret to silky smooth skin)

đź«™ Clean jar with lid to keep it airtight and fresh
Got everything? Perfect. Let’s get to it!
Mix Your Magical Scrub
Into your jar put in 3/4 cup of sugar and 1/2 cup of fractionated coconut oil, this amount usually lasts a couple of weeks using it every day or so on different parts of the body. Stir it all up making sure you don’t have too much oil - if there’s a bit of oil on the surface add some more sugar then add your essential oils - go for 10 drops of lemon oil and 5 drops of ginger oil. Stir again until you’ve got a glorious, fragrant blend. This scrub is your new BFF for glowing, radiant skin.
How to Use Your Scrub (and Why It’s Absolutely Wonderful!)
After you’ve mixed up your masterpiece, head to the shower. Gently massage the scrub onto damp skin in circular motions. Take your time—focus on the areas that need some TLC (those elbows, knees, and anywhere else craving a little extra love). I love to use on my feet after a long day in the garden, it's such a treat for tired grubby feet! The sugar will buff away dead skin cells, while the coconut oil deeply nourishes. And that ginger and lemon? They’ll wake up your senses, leaving you feeling renewed.
Regular use will help smooth and brighten your skin, giving you that healthy, natural glow we all love. Think of it as self-care made simple.
Storage: Keep It Fresh
To keep your scrub at its best, store it in a clean, airtight container and stash it in a cool, dry spot. This will help it stay fresh for weeks, so you can keep enjoying that DIY spa experience whenever you need a moment of peace.
