Ingredients - makes about 15
1 cup finely shredded coconut
1 cup almond butter
1 cup dried cranberries
½ cup raw honey
½ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons chia seeds
3 drops Wild Orange essential oil
Method
Pop everything into a mixer, but keep half a cup of shredded coconut in a bowl on the side.
Add the Wild Orange essential oil.
Mix it all up until it’s nice and combined.
Roll the mixture into balls, then coat them in the shredded coconut you set aside.
Store in the fridge and enjoy whenever you need a quick, yummy boost!
