Balance was the first ever doTerra Blend I tried way back many years ago when I first discovered these oils. I was feeling weird just before turning 40 so after using a few of the citrus oils I looked up the doTerra website to find an oil that might help these weird feelings I was having, and well ... I've never looked back. Using essential oils for my emotions is an amazing tool for both self discovery and healing. Emotions are vibrations or energy and essential oils are also vibrations/energy of plants (put simply) - when you use essential oils they have a magic ability of changing the vibration of your emotions. As I was going through this stage in my life Balance Essential oil was my friend - supporting and grounding me. How to Use Balance Essential Oil
🌅 Start your day off right by putting Balance on the bottom of your feet to help promote a sense of calmness and tranquility to your day, add to your moisturiser or a carrier oil and massage into your feet and legs.
💆♀️ A great oil to use as a massage oil or in an Aromatouch hand massage.
👃 Apply to wrists or neck as a personal "purefume" with the added therapeutic benefits.
♾️ Diffuse in your car during roadtrips, or around your house and office. This is a great oil to diffuse in your bedroom before you retire for the night. Diffuse while doing your yoga practice.
🛁 Add to some epsom salts or fractionated cocount oil for a relaxing bath.
