Gateway of Light Activation Oracle
This is the first proper deck I ever purchased! I had purchased a couple of like $15 decks where you look up the meanings online to the cards before this one. But after joining a wee Spiritualism NZ circle and working with a couple of clients who have oracle decks, I decided to treat myself to a beautiful deck, and wow this was the start of my obsession! The art of this deck drew me in first, then the guidebook with all the beautitul messages which always seemed perfect for what I was looking for or questioning in my practice. I spent ages and ages just with this deck growing my intuition and really just enjoying the cards. Using these cards brought back memories of sitting for ages looking at my story books when I was a child, and reminded me how much I love art and colours. Essential Oils Oracle Cards
Using the Wisdom and Guidance from Healing Plants 🌿
Aargh of course of love this deck! But honestly it's a beautiful deck. Each card has a beautiful illustration which is the symbolic representation of each plant soul on one side then you turn the card and it features the theme and an affirmation associated with each plant, which you can consult while using the relevant oil. The card also specifies the Chakras in which the soul of that plant will be particularly effective on an energetic level.
You can ask an open ended question while shuffling or choose one of the spreads in the guide book. If I haven't used a certain essential oil for awhile I like to open the bottle then find the Essential Oil Oracle Card to match then re-introduce myself to it.
Some days, I just grab a card at random and pick an oil from my collection based on that. It's like my intuition knows exactly what I need for the day—or even the week! This deck is also fantastic for guiding my oil choices when I’m using other Oracle Cards. Lately, I’ve been drawing a card at the start of the week and tuning into its overall vibe. The Sacred Forest Oracle
What I love about this deck is that each card comes with a guided meditation from Denise! There's a unique code in the front of your guidebook which you use to login to Hay House to find the mediation for each and every card. I love these little meditations and I did every single one of them as I explored the deck and got to know it, and I still use them now every so often.
I also like to use this deck with my dreams. You know that moment when you wake up from a dream and you’re like, "What on Earth was that about?" Well, that’s spirit having a chat with you through your dreams! These nighttime adventures can give us sneak peeks into the future, serve up some real-time inspiration, or even take us on a journey way back into the past. Dreams are like a magical crossroads where the earthly and the heavenly realms collide, sparking creativity and lighting up our imagination. But let’s be honest, dreams can be super weird and puzzling sometimes, right? That’s where the Sacred Forest Oracle by Denise Linn comes in. In the guidebook, she shows us how to begin untangling the strange and wonderful messages that our dreams hold, as well as different spreads to use with the cards.
I love how once you get a few decks you use them for different things. Sometimes I'll use one deck for weeks and weeks, then move to another one, or a different deck each day, you get to know which deck will give you the guidance you need or the uplifting you need. The Sacred Forest Oracle takes you on a journey into the mystical forest which is always with us just one step away each time you use it. 💚🤎
Oracle of the 7 Energies
This deck actually took me a little while to connect with and love. I was quite unsure of it at first, while I was drawn to it I don't think I was quite ready for it when I purchased it. I've had it for over a year now and understand it now. For me this deck is a truth uncoverer - is that a word. 😅 I find if I'm stuck on something - a situation that's bothering me, or a worry that's nagging at me I turn to this deck. Once I pull a card I consult the guidebook without trying to "read" the image and journal out the parts of it that resonate with me then see what comes up from there. Once I've done this I can connect with the image more. It usually takes me a couple of days to uncover what the card is telling me but I know for sure when I've got it! It's like a light bulb and a feeling of knowing which is amazing. I'm so so glad I stuck with this deck.
As well as being an absolutely beautiful deck, I love to use this one for larger spreads and guidance every few months. It has a special 7 Energy Crescent Reading specific to this deck which I find very helpful.
